Arthur Brock (Stub)

Role and Expertise

Arthur is a multifaceted maestro and systems thinker extraordinaire. He has worked in organizational design, creating one of Denver’s first “flat” tech companies and a school run by its students.  He has created companies like “Geek Gene“, one of the very first B Corp companies.  He also has a special knack for designing beautiful Prezis, many of which you can see on his “Go Deeper” page.

“Arthur holds a degree in Artificial Intelligence, which he put to use at GM, Chrysler & Hughes, but he soon realized he was committed to bringing intelligence to social architectures rather than to computers. He started student-run schools and award-winning, employee-run businesses and discovered that the self-managing feedback loops needed to operate these types of organizations were built on particular patterns of incentives and measurement. He began to unlock the social DNA by which groups operate and uncover the critical role of currencies as carriers of that social DNA.”

As of early 2014, Arthur is engaged in creating the “Emerging Leader Labs” program in Chatham, NY, and has been spending time in New York City working as the interim director at a Freeskool there.
